Our house is located in Schwendau in the Zillertal in a very sunny and quiet setting, surrounded by meadows and with views of a magnificent mountain panorama.

The two villages of Mayrhofen and Hippach can be reached in about 5 minutes by car; the bus stop for the guest bus is a 2-minute walk away. In winter, our prime location offers direct access to the Zillertal 3000 ski area. In summer, our house is the starting point for wonderful hikes, bike tours, climbing trips, and much more.

We rent out three vacation apartments for two to nine people and would be delighted to welcome you to our house soon.
